The personnel was very very helpful and kind, doing their best to assist. Last time we stopped we had a big size, beautiful room with a nice private balcony and a nice terrace, as for instance. It had coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

The friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering helpful tips and even providing beach towels. Some minor improvements could be made regarding the shower facilities to prevent water from spilling onto the floors.

I got great value for my money at Serene Hill. The room was tidy every day and the fresh towels in the morning were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a quick 2-minute motorbike ride to the center of town. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with better organization and more variety.

The room I stayed in was really nice, big, and clean. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The location was key - just a short walk to the bus stop and a few minutes more to the town center. Additionally, I had a great view from my balcony, which was a real bonus.
One minor inconvenience was the lack of a sign or card to request new towels. They were provided every day, which is nice, but not always necessary and could be more eco-friendly.

The garden was lovely, and the free WiFi worked perfectly. The concierge service was helpful too, although I didn't really need much assistance.
Oh, how I enjoyed the challenge of navigating through all the ant mess in my room. Such an adventure!
